Origin – 1929
Brassington Insurance was originally founded by Arthur Rochelle Brassington. The company began operating as an insurance brokerage in 1929 offering a variety of non-life insurance products to the Irish market.
Growth
In 1988, Brassington’s was acquired by All Risk Insurance Ltd. Towards the end of 1990 both All Risk Insurances Ltd and Brassington’s were fully amalgamated as AR Brassington & Company Limited.
In 2013, Brassington Insurance and CGPA Europe launched their very successful Professional Indemnity insurance facility for insurance intermediaries, which has grown substantially. Today, we now insure a significant portion of the insurance intermediaries in the market.
In 2021, A R Brassington & Company Limited was acquired by Aston Lark Europe Limited, further increasing our resources, knowledge and experience. In January 2023, Brassington Insurance became a trading name of Aston Lark Europe Limited.
